For over a decade, we have worked to pioneer vote-by-mail programs to increase voter turnout and make voting easier and more accessible.
In 2020, we helped lead VBM programs for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC).
We started with testing to figure out what was most effective, then executed the program in multiple districts — including GA-7, where now-Congresswoman Carolyn Bourdeaux became the only Democrat to flip a Republican seat. Bourdeaux’s upset was powered by mail-in voting, where she rolled up a 60.7-39.3% margin, allowing her to win overall by 51.4-48.6%.
